ABOUT US

Our philosophy has always been to keep our cooking technique Pinoy, while using fresh meat and vegetables available locally.
Our fondest memories of the Philippines are those that revolve around family, friends and food. When we came to Canada, we yearned for the foods that were normally served on Sundays after mass. The Beef Nilaga, the Kare-kare with bagoong that lola used to make. We want to stay away from the typical turo-turo (fastfood) style that most Filipino restaurants do. Our goal is to serve fresh food in a fun, homey atmosphere.
Thus Kulinarya is born, to cater to Filipinos yearning for traditional Filipino food and for non-Filipinos to sample the wide variety of Filipino cuisine that we’re very proud of.
